Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about site surveys, storage, outages and monitoring. We pin down the figures for your system together during the site survey.

What does turnkey mean, and what do you take care of?

We run the entire process of analysis, design, official procedures (paperwork) and installation: from the site survey to engineering design, and from equipment procurement to on-site installation and commissioning.

What do you need for a site survey?

Whether it's a home, business or farm; the approximate range of your monthly electricity bill, your roof type and your province are enough. You can attach your latest bill to the site survey form. Our team will call you, and we'll evaluate your consumption and roof together.

How much will the system save, and how many years until it pays for itself?

That depends on your consumption, your roof's orientation and shading, the selected system and the storage capacity. We calculate the estimated payback period together during the site survey, based on your bill; we don't publish a single “average” figure on the site.

Does the solar system keep running during a power outage?

With hybrid systems with lithium storage, yes: when the grid goes down, the hybrid inverter switches to battery power, and loads connected to the battery keep running. Grid-tied systems without storage shut down during an outage for safety reasons.

Why do you recommend lithium storage?

Panels only generate while the sun is shining. Storage carries the daytime surplus into the evening and night, and powers your home or facility during outages. That way, you use a larger share of the energy you generate yourself.

How do you mount the panels on the roof? Will it damage my roof?

We select the mounting structure based on roof type: tile, standing seam, trapezoidal/sandwich panel or flat roof. We design the system by testing it against snow, wind and earthquake loads with simulation and analysis software.

Can I monitor my system from my phone?

Yes. The hybrid inverter measures generation, consumption, battery status and energy drawn from the grid; the data is sent to the monitoring app. On the site's “Monitor my system” page, you can explore a demo dashboard built for a sample villa.

Can I charge my electric vehicle with solar power?

Yes. The home charger connects to the hybrid system; your vehicle charges from the panels during the day, from the battery in the evening, or from the grid when needed. We also install commercial AC and DC fast-charging stations for businesses.

Can I irrigate my fields with solar power?

Yes. With panels, a solar irrigation inverter and a ready-made irrigation box, the pump runs on solar power during the day. We size the system during the site survey based on pump power, well depth and irrigation area.

Why are there no prices on the site?

Pricing depends on system capacity, storage capacity, roof type and installation conditions. For current pricing, stock availability and a quote tailored to your project, reach us by phone or WhatsApp.
